A new report suggests that the Biden Administration has not only been letting illegal aliens into the country through a porous southern border, but that the administration has even been actively importing illegals with “secretive flights.”

As Breitbart reports, the claims were made by Todd Bensman, Senior National Security Fellow at the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), who obtained internal records from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.

The documents show that, through the DHS’ “CBP One” mobile app, the agency imported at least 320,000 illegal aliens into the United States by flying them into the country. From January of 2023 to January of 2024, the app has allowed over 465,000 illegals to schedule appointments for their release at the southern border after initially being confronted by border authorities.

The flights have transported hundreds of thousands of illegals across 43 different airports in the United States. The DHS has refused to clarify which airports were involved, saying that doing so would risk “operational vulnerabilities” that could be exploited by “bad actors.”

“In short, the Biden administration’s legally dubious program to fly inadmissible aliens over the border and directly to U.S. airports has allegedly created law enforcement vulnerabilities too grave to release publicly, lest “bad actors” take advantage of them to inflict harm on public safety,” Bensman said in his report.

Members of Congress, including House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), have demanded that DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas release a full report accounting for every illegal who was released by the DHS into the country’s interior since February of 2021. Mayorkas has refused to do so.

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates that at least 6.2 million illegals have come into the U.S. since January of 2021, when Biden first took power. That number is almost twice as high as the annual birth rate of American citizens.

For his role in the open border and refusal to enforce existing immigration laws, Mayorkas was impeached by the House of Representatives in February, making him only the second Cabinet secretary in American history to ever be impeached, and the first in 148 years.
