The CEO of a crisis pregnancy center in Buffalo, New York, says the police and FBI will not give back his surveillance footage from the night abortion extremists firebombed his facility because they are afraid it may inspire rightwing violence.

The perpetrators have not been caught, and the FBI does not seem to have even investigated the act of pro-abort terrorism, nor any of the other acts of violence against pro-life centers and churches this year. Since May, there have been 98 attacks reported against churches, pro-life pregnancy centers, maternity homes, and other pro-life organizations, according to the Catholic News Agency tracker.

“We need equal protection under the law,” said CompassCare CEO Reverend James Harden, Thursday evening on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”

Compasscare was heavily damaged in a terroristic firebombing in the early morning hours of June 7.

Windows in the CompassCare reception room and nurses’ office were broken and fires were lit at approximately 2:30 a.m. Jane’s Revenge, the same militant pro-abortion group that has taken credit for multiple attacks against pro-life facilities this year, left graffiti reading “Jane Was Here” on the building.

Harden told Fox News host Tucker Carlson that he feels like he’s in the middle of a “dystopian” “moral hurricane.”

Local police seized surveillance footage from the center, but didn’t do anything with it, and now refuses to give it back, Harden said.

CompassCare is suing to get the surveillance footage back, but the attorney for the Amherst Police Department reportedly told them that they can’t have their own tapes back because those tapes may inspire rightwing violence.

Appalled, Carlson denounced the “utterly politicized law enforcement” in the city, calling it “the deepest form of corruption.”

“It’s totally unacceptable, you can’t have a country run like this,” he declared.

Harden blasted the FBI, and even went so far as to suggest the feds could be implicated in the attacks against pro-life facilities.

“The FBI has gone from abdicating their duty to provide equal justice under the law to pro-life people–to people like us—to downright attacking us,” he said.

He explained that his organization filed suit against the Amherst Police Department to get their video evidence back so they can pursue justice through their attorneys.

CompassCare is offering a $5,000 reward to anyone who can provide information leading to an arrest, according to the group’s website.

“And for the first whistleblower who confesses involvement in Jane’s Revenge or the crimes targeting pro-life pregnancy centers, providing information leading to further arrests, amnesty from civil prosecution will be considered,” the group said.

Harden pointed out that there have been “over 70 attacks on pro-life organizations across the country, but zero arrests.”

“It’s naive to think that the largest law enforcement agency on the globe with the best forensic technology known to man doesn’t know a single person who has engaged in these attacks,” the reverend argued. “If it’s not the FBI doing it, then they know who it is, and they’re choosing not to make arrests.”

He noted that Jane’s Revenge has taken responsibility for many of the attacks. “And they’re getting a pass.”

The pro-abort terrorists have vandalized dozens of churches and pregnancy centers since someone leaked a draft ruling in early May indicating that the U.S. Supreme Court would overturn Roe v. Wade. That criminal act has also been given a pass by federal law enforcement.

After the SCOTUS leak, Jane’s Revenge put out a statement calling for “Night of Rage” in the event the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade.

“We need the state to feel our full wrath,” the group wrote. We need to express this madness fully and with ferocity. We need to quit containing ourselves. We need them to be afraid of us,” they said.

“Jane’s Revenge is the Democratic party’s KKK, and the new cross in the front yard is burning down pregnancy centers, but instead of denigrating the personhood of black people, they’re denigrating the personhood of preborn boys and girls and anyone who seeks to stand up for them,” Harden told Carlson.

Carlson said Congress should shut the FBI down over this.

“Were you really told that you couldn’t have your own surveillance tapes back because those tapes of a firebombing of your property might inspire right-wing terrorism?” he asked.

Harden answered in the affirmative. “There is active litigation right now to get out video back so we can just see it,” he explained. “In fact, the town attorney representing the police department, went so far as to say—to characterize pro-life people supporting us as AK47 gun-toting people going around bombing and killing people,” he said. “They’re vilifying us.”
