Ohio GOP Senate candidate J.D. Vance, running to replace Senator Rob Portman (R-OH), issued a strong recommendation to the business community in response to President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate:

“I have a simple message for America’s business community: DO NOT COMPLY,” Vance instructed of businesses with more than 100 employees.

On Thursday, President Biden announced that his administration and the Department of Labor plan to require all businesses with more than 100 employees to require COVID-19 vaccinations or weekly testing, potentially affecting approximately 100 million Americans.

Immediately, a swarm of leaders throughout the country questioned the constitutionality of the move.

“Joe Biden’s proposed covid mandates are not only illegal and unconstitutional, they’re morally reprehensible. While Joe Biden likes to talk about millions of American citizens as if they’re nothing more than vermin to be ruled by him and his friends, he’s revealed himself to be nothing more than a geriatric tyrant,” Vance continued.

“No American citizen should ever be forcibly segregated by the government over their vaccine status. The Federal Government’s attempt to bully and coerce citizens into choosing between their livelihood and their own bodily autonomy must be resisted.”

The move by Biden seemingly contradicts a statement made by White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki earlier this year, where she explained the move was “not the role of the federal government.”

In addition to the move to require vaccines in the private sector, Biden is also ordering federal employees to receive the shot, but with no option for weekly testing.

“Do not comply with the mandates. Do not pay the government fines. Don’t allow yourself to be bullied and controlled. Only mass civil disobedience will save us from Joe Biden’s naked authoritarianism,” Vance pleaded.
