A Republican presidential candidate is silent after a news report said that entities related to her campaign might be targeting Democrats to vote for her in South Carolina’s Saturday primary election.

A report by NBC News shows a mailer sent by the Stand For America PAC, a political action committee solely dedicated to getting Republican former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley elected president, soliciting the votes of Democrats who did not vote in the Democratic Presidential Primary on February 3.

“If you did not vote in the February 3rd Democratic primary, you are eligible to vote on February 24th,” the reportedly mailer says. “Your vote can make a difference. Please participate by voting for Nikki Haley and make your voice heard.”

“Time is running out. You have a choice. Vote for Nikki Haley against Donald Trump,” the back of the flyer reportedly said.

South Carolina has an open primary system, meaning that voters of any political persuasion can vote in one primary but not both. Thus, Haley appears to be targeting Democrats who did not vote in the February 3 primary to help her flailing campaign come Saturday.

Neither Haley’s campaign nor a Stand For America PAC representative returned comment requests. Neither did the Charleston County Republican Party.

Haley is trailing in the polls in her home state by a wide margin.

According to poll aggregator FiveThirtyEight, former President Donald J. Trump leads Haley by 30 in South Carolina, garnering 63.6 percent of the vote to Haley’s 33.2 percent.

Despite poor polling and attacks from Trump, Haley remains defiant and says she will not drop out of the race.

“Some of you — perhaps a few of you in the media — came here today to see if I’m dropping out of the race. Well, I’m not. Far from it, and I’m here to tell you why,” Nimrata “Nikki” Haley said at a campaign stop in Greenville on Tuesday. “I’m running for President because we have a country to save. Since the star of my campaign, I’ve been focused on the real issues our country faces. The ones that determine whether America will thrive or spiral out.”
