3 Cases of Tuberculosis Confirmed Among Illegal Aliens Recently Arrived in El Paso, TX

Daily Caller

Customs and Border Protection (CBP) sources confirmed Friday three migrants arrived at the border in El Paso with tuberculosis, according to Griff Jenkins of Fox News.

“BREAKING: CBP sources confirm to FOX News that there are ** three confirmed cases of Tuberculosis ** among migrants in the El Paso sector… further complicating the already daunting task of managing an overwhelming number arriving daily,” Jenkins, a national correspondent for Fox News, wrote on Twitter.

Although there has been a surge in illegal immigration since the end of Title 42 in May, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed Biden is “stopping the flow at the border” during an August press conference. The Trump-era expulsion policy turned away asylum seekers at the border if there was a “serious danger to the introduction of [a communicable] disease into the United States.”

The release incorrectly claims the city of Racine “hir[ed] disproportionately more Democrats in the primary election” than Republicans.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Frank Moskowitz ruled today that a proposition that would establish open primaries in Arizona will have the opportunity to be voted into law by Arizonans, even though almost 40,000 voter signatures have been invalidated. Even though ballots have already been printed with the proposition on it, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled that the superior court look at the evidence of duplicated signatures provided by the Arizona Free Enterprise Club. Special Master Christopher Skelly submitted his report yesterday, showing that 35,478 of the submitted signatures were indeed duplicates.

Commentary: An Economy That Serves Nobody Except Those in Charge

Sep 21, 20248 min read
As we outlined in Part One, here in California, we have an economy that would be the fifth largest in the world if it were to be separated as a standing nation. Home to Silicon Valley, Hollywood, world-class agriculture, and medical schools, California is an economic powerhouse. Yet we, in California, have the highest poverty rate in the nation. We have a majority of the nation’s homeless people. We have the highest overall tax rates in the nation. Our energy costs are double that of the national average. Our per-student spending in schools is well above the national average, yet our students consistently have below-average grade-level test scores. Our major cities are crime-ridden, our power grid is woefully vulnerable, and our beaches are regularly closed due to raw sewage contamination.
