Project Veritas Sues Co-Founder James O’Keefe: Read the Lawsuit

Investigative news outlet Project Veritas is suing its founder and former CEO James O’Keefe alleging a litany of abuses related to expenses claims, as well as insisting on injuctive relief from O’Keefe Media Group (OMG).

The suit was filed Wednesday in New York, and demands an injunction against O’Keefe and his new company, as well as “compensatory (actual and/or liquidated), punitive, and nominal damages.”

Veritas is represented by Marc Randazza, a First Amendment lawyer who has previously represented Alex Jones, Glenn Beck, and even Andrew Anglin of the Daily Stormer website.
