An organization that fights against the “sexualization, indoctrination, and medicalization” of children is speaking out against the “freak show” in St. Paul.
Jaimee Michell, the founder and CEO of Gays Against Groomers, called it the “stuff of nightmares.”
“What’s going on in Minnesota and many other states around the country, it’s an absolute freak show,” Michell said on Liz Collin Reports.
An executive order signed by Gov. Tim Walz declared Minnesota a “trans refuge state” and a bill of the same nature has now passed both the House and Senate. The bill, according to attorneys, could result in parents losing custody of their children if they object to “gender-affirming health care.”
“They call it gender-affirming care. I think that so many people don’t even know what that really means and what is actually happening. They intentionally make this language sound friendly, but mutilating, butchering and chemically castrating children — the idea that this is somehow any form of care is a complete lie,” Michell said.
“I thank God every day that I wasn’t raised in this generation, because with all the indoctrination going on and the social contagion spreading, I would have been led to believe that I, too, was born in the wrong body when the reality is I’ve never one day in my life wanted to be the opposite sex,” she added.
Michell explained how the transgender movement has “wiped out the progress” the gay community has made.
“Almost overnight it feels the trans movement by these radical extremists is pushing us back decades. We’re losing our good standing in society that we just recently achieved. It’s hard to blame people that look upon us less favorably,” she said.
This is why Gays Against Groomers began — to “end this abuse being done to children” but also to “separate ourselves from this radical mob.”
The organization is planning to start a Minnesota chapter in the coming weeks.
“The goal here for us is to have a chapter in every state in the nation because at the same time as we’re seeing these horrific bills pass in many blue states, we are seeing a lot of pushback and laws being put into place that ban these procedures and medications on children. I think in the end, we’re going to win. It’s going to be a lot harder in blue states, but I am hopeful that we will end this grave abuse being done to children in our name,” Michell said.
Michell acknowledges that many people have been scared into silence.
“I get death threats almost every day,” she said.
“If Gays Against Groomers and myself weren’t receiving this kind of backlash, I would think that we aren’t doing a good enough job. I knew that that was going to happen when we launched this, but it just goes to show how threatened they are by us. As soon as we came on the scene, they tried to write us off as a far right, anti-trans, anti-LGBTQ extremist hate group. That shows that, you know, that’s the only defense mechanism they have against this. All they have is name calling and intimidation and censorship,” she pointed out.
Michell urged Minnesotans to ignore the insults and “find their courage.”
“I understand some people are worried about losing their job, their friends. I get that, but at the same time you have to understand that we are at this turning point in history, and this will, this time, will be looked back upon as probably the largest medical abuse scandal in our history,” she said. “I urge people to find their courage and if somebody does want to call you transphobic or homophobic or a bigot, say, you know what? Actually, there’s this group of gay and trans people called Gays Against Groomers that are fighting this too and don’t let them gaslight you.”

What we need is a bill that will allow anyone who is given “gender-affirming health care” as a minor, who wishes to “de-trans” once they grow up and reach their majority the ability and right to at any time, after deciding to “de-trans”, to sue any person or organization who facilitated their mutilation as a child, this would include parents, teachers, doctors, nurses, social workers, psychologists, politicians (like those who vote in favor of the “trans refuge state” bill), and anyone else who may have convinced them they should do it before they were mature enough, or had enough information to make an informed decision. I’d suggest an award settlement of no less than $100,000.00 per person sued.
