Following a report about “gender-affirming hysterectomies” on young girls at Boston Children’s Hospital’s gender clinic, Libs of TikTok said she decided to find out if other children’s hospitals were also “engaged in these barbaric practices.”
After a hospital worker at Children’s National Hospital affirmed its pediatric gynecology program performs “gender-affirming” hysterectomies on 16-year-olds and “much younger” children, its website was suddenly changed to eliminate that service, but Libs of TikTok archived the original version.
Children’s National also runs a Youth Pride Clinic with “specialty care services” to LGBTQ patients, that include hormone treatment, sexually transmitted disease (STD) and sexually transmitted infection (STI) treatment, and mental health services.
The Star News Network reached out to Children’s National Hospital to inquire about the sudden removal on its website of the “gender-affirming” hysterectomies service, and is awaiting a response.
In mid-August, Libs of TikTok and Billboard Chris exposed the gender clinic at Boston Children’s Hospital, where psychologist Kerry McGregor, PsyD. said in a video that has now been set to private mode, “A good portion of children do know as early as seemingly from the womb” that they are transgender.
Billboard Chris and the Post Millennial‘s Christina Buttons noted on Twitter as well that Boston Children’s Hospital gender clinic then “quietly” changed its website to say they do not perform transgender surgeries on minors.
The @BostonChildrens Hospital has now changed their website to say they don’t do vaginoplasties on minors.
They are liars and they are trying to hide the evidence. Too late. https://t.co/Ht6bTi3et2

According to pediatrician Dr. Julia Mason and Manhattan Institute fellow Leor Sapir, the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has “ignored evidence that has led Sweden, Finland and most recently the U.K. to place severe restrictions on medical transition for minors.”
“Medical societies in France, Belgium and Australia have also sounded the alarm,” they wrote in an op-ed at the Wall Street Journal.
“The U.S. is an outlier on pediatric gender medicine,” Mason and Sapir said, adding that the AAP’s “preference for fashionable political positions over evidence-based medicine is a disservice to member physicians, parents and children.”

How on earth can they perform such operations on minors? I would think you wouldn’t do such a thing even with parental approval. Once the child turns 18 and becomes an adult, then they can make that choice. This is a permanent procedure, and I have read of at least two women who now wish they hasn’t done it as they were “gender confused” and now can’t have a normal life. The whole idea is pretty crazy even for consenting adults to do.
