A new report from Margot Cleveland and The Federalist details widespread issues with voting ballots in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, according to videos taped by a whistleblower.

The whistleblower, Regina Miller, who was a contract worker helping election employees, recorded information when she became concerned with the actions of the election officials.

Based on the recordings, officials within the county experienced problems when attempting to reconcile data from different precincts.

In her recordings, individuals detailed that workers were overwhelmed with the number of ballots, and machines from precincts were “programmed to accept any ballot of those six precincts.”

Therefore, it would be impossible to reconcile the numbers from each precinct, which is required by the Department of State.

Furthermore, the whistleblower also brought up chain-of-custody issues with the ballots that were cast, describing the many hands the ballots could have passed through.

And, the details continue:

Miller then moved on to the issue of the machine tapes and inquired on the best way to have them returned to the county from each precinct. In response, an election worker is heard saying, “They have to be attached to the return sheet and they weren’t.” “We literally have two boxes that we got from the county of tapes,” the unnamed county official continued, “but they didn’t go with any ballot sheet.”

Other machine tapes never made their way into the box, however, with the Delaware County official exclaiming: “It was abominable.” “When the community service people cleaned out the cages, they were finding tapes in there because someone just didn’t know what to do,” the election official noted in reference to the locked areas where the election machines are stored after the election. Then “we all panic, is that the fifth tape or the first tape?” he added.

President Joe Biden narrowly defeated former President Trump in Pennsylvania in 2020.
