Former President Donald Trump on Saturday asked that Libertarian voters at the Libertarian National Convention vote for him in order to defeat President Joe Biden in the upcoming election.

“The fact is we should not be fighting each other,” Trump said. “If Joe Biden gets back in there will be no more liberty for anyone in our country. Combine with us in a partnership. We’re asking that of the Libertarians. We have to work together. Combine with us…..we cannot give crooked Joe Biden four more years.”

Trump is the first former president to speak at their convention.

He addressed the Libertarian crowd who had mixed reactions to seeing him and reminded them that Biden didn’t come to speak to them.

“Why isn’t Biden here talking to you?” Trump asked. “Because he can’t string two sentences together.”

Trump later called the Democratic Party under Biden a “fascist movement” and said that Biden is a threat to democracy.

Trump also said he would put a Libertarian in his cabinet, that he would end the prospect of Central Bank Digital Currency and vaccine mandates. And much more.

Other speakers at the event included Julian Assange’s brother, epidemiologist Dr. Peter McCullough and Democrat-turned-independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
