ZLINE Kitchen and Bath announced on Wednesday a multimillion-dollar expansion in its northwest Tennessee distribution operations by locating a new facility in Milan.

ZLINE Kitchen and Bath is a family-owned leading luxury appliance manufacturer and distributor headquartered in Reno, Nevada, and founded in 2007. Having established its distribution headquarters in Carroll County four years ago, ZLINE plans to expand by purchasing the former Dura Automotive Systems building in Milan.

“With direct access to water, rail and interstate, Northwest Tennessee offers logistics companies cost-effective ways to meet their customers and suppliers around the globe,” TNECD Commissioner Stuart McWhorter said in a statement. “We appreciate ZLINE’s continued investment in our state and believe Gibson County will be the ideal location to support this company’s further growth.”

Distribution centers for the company house various departments, ranging from shipping, customer service, sales, marketing and other business development teams, according to a press release by the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD). In addition to Tennessee, the company has locations in Ohio and Nevada.

A new back-office and logistics team will be added to the company’s new plant to support its logistics headquarters in Bruceton by adding a customer service center and enhancing the company’s distribution of ranges, refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, and hoods, TNECD notes.

“We are honored and excited to be continuing the expansion of our operations in Tennessee. After the successful launch of our Bruceton distribution center, we were confident in finding more growth opportunities within Tennessee,” Andrew Zuro, founder and president of ZLINE Kitchen and Bath said in a statement.

Through its expansion project, the company is expected to create 50 new jobs in Gibson County, bringing its total number of employees in Northwest Tennessee to more than 100.
