Former President Donald Trump will travel to Arizona on Saturday to hold a rally in support of gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake and U.S. Senate candidate Blake Masters.

Trump, who previously endorsed both candidates, will speak to supporters in Prescott Valley with the goal of encouraging residents of the state to vote for the duo.

According to a release from the Save America PAC, the event will begin around 11:00 a.m., and special guests will speak a few hours later. At 4:00 p.m., Trump will take the stage.

When announcing his endorsement of each candidate, Trump pointed to various policy beliefs of each candidate. For example, Masters has pledged to fight to construct the border wall.

“Blake is Strong on Border Security, in particular, the disastrous Southern Border where people are pouring into the U.S. by the millions, and destroying our Country,” Trump’s commentary continued. “Just two years ago, with the help of the Wall, we had the Strongest Border in the history of our Country, and now we have the weakest — Blake will turn that around quickly,” Trump said in the official endorsement.

Lake, who received Trump’s endorsement early in the primary, has claimed she will improve election integrity.

“Kari Lake is running for Governor in the Great State of Arizona. She is a fantastic person who spent many years working as a highly respected television anchor and journalist. Because of this, few can take on the Fake News Media like Kari. She is strong on Crime, will protect our Border, Second Amendment, Military, and Vets, and will fight to restore Election Integrity (both past and future!). She is against Covid lockdowns, Cancel Culture, and will end “woke” curriculum in our schools,” Trump explained in a statement.

In addition to Masters and Lake, Trump will rally support for “the entire Arizona Trump Ticket,” which includes candidates for secretary of state, attorney general, and several seats in the state legislature.
