BRENTWOOD, Tennessee — Staff at the Brentwood-based Sullivan Dental Partners held a grand opening celebration Tuesday at their new state-of-the-art dental office.

Sullivan Dental Partners has operated since 1970, but staff wanted to thank members of the community for their past patronage and to let them know that they are moving forward with new innovations.

“The two big things we pride ourselves on is our legacy and our traditions. It’s a family-owned business,” said Sullivan Dental Partners’ Director of Operations Aubrey Rosenbaum.

“We have a third and fourth generation father and son who are practicing, and they are owners for the practice. We are cutting edge. The doctors go through a lot of teaching and training on the dental techniques that are current.”

The Tennessee Star toured the new facility Tuesday. Staff members said the facility has a lab where they use 3D printing to manufacture dentures, nightguards, and retainers. Staff members also said they use a yellow lab, whom they named Raley, to serve as an office therapy dog.

Rosenbaum described the dental practice as a one-stop shop.

“We are able to provide comprehensive care. Very rarely do we have to refer out for root canals or for extractions or surgery or sedation. We can do everything under one roof,” Rosenbaum said.

“We also do orthodontics for adults. We cover the gamut as far as family dentistry, orthodontics, root canals, surgeries, and sedations. We cover the spectrum.”

According to their website, Sullivan Dental Partners offers the following services:

• Dental implants

• CEREC Crowns

• Implant Dentures

• Sedation dentistry

• Oral Surgery

• Cosmetic dentistry

• Botox and Juvéderm Facial Treatments

• LANAP Laser Periodontal Treatment

• Root canals

• Children’s dentistry

• Pinhole Gum Recession Treatment

“One patient came here from two hours away, from Cookeville. She had dentures that she couldn’t wear. She couldn’t eat. She couldn’t talk. She couldn’t function every day. We put implants in for her and did everything under sedation. She was comfortable, and then we did implant supportive dentures on top of them. Now she can function and speak and smile,” Rosenbaum said.

“We don’t realize how important and critical our mouths are until we cannot use them, and then it’s really cool hearing all the life-changing stories like that.”

Sullivan Dental Partners is located at 5015 Harpeth Drive in Brentwood. You may reach them at 615-373-1012.
